Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In some countries, we may bear the cost of return shipping. Please check our Shipping Page for specific details regarding your country. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for processing.

If you cancel your contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs if you chose a non-standard shipping method). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged fees for the reimbursement.

Exclusion of Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers whose residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of concluding the contract.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be clean (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains), unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items returned in non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
  • Orders can only be exchanged or canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned at your expense.
  • OSKA Shop Deutschland GmbH will not be liable for lost parcels or the cost of returning/exchanging goods.
  • Items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged in physical stores.
  • Items must have the original tags attached.
